Architectural Plan Review
ACS provides various types of plan review services for architects, developers and building departments in order to identify problems before they are built and become expensive to fix afterwards. Some types of plan review services include:
-
Early Review of Conceptual Plans
Review design-phase drawings to identify inadequacies early in the process, and then to collaborate on solutions.
-
Due Diligence of Working Drawings:
Review of completed drawings to help an architect identify errors before submitting for a permit.
-
Troubleshooting Particular Features
Review plans and suggest solutions for specific areas, such as the accessible guestroom in a hotel, site access, parking plan, etc.
-
Code Interpretation
Analyze the meaning of complicated code sections and explain how they apply to our client’s project
More About Our Services »
We recently contracted with ACS to provide consulting services on a complex multi-use building for UCSC’s Extension International Program. Jonathan’s services proved to be invaluable. He researched a complex array of often-contradictory regulations and prepared a report which was clear, concise, prepared on time, and under budget. We will continue to consult with ACS on all of our projects, which involve access issues. Our experience with ACS has confirmed that we cannot afford not to.
